The EQUIPE R S9 jumpsuit was developed based on the ASSOS A-Lock design, which adopts the technologies of the WorldTour-proven EQUIPE RS. It maintains the stability of the racingFit fit with a butterfly panel that hugs the muscles and the new Type.443 fabric that supports and breathes. A stretch monofilament in the bib straps reduces weight and dries faster than two-layer models. The shorts continue to feature the ASSOS race pad.

The Type.443 fabric is a ladderproof compression and abrasion-resistant fabric, similar in weight and compression stability to the Type.441 of the ASSOS EQUIPE RS series. Extremely breathable and supportive, with a deeper, more intense shade of black and USF 50+.
